One of my earlier food photography clients was Copper Kettle Coffee Bar, located inside The Bellevue Botanical Gardens. It’s one of my favorite places to visit in Bellevue, WA for a nice retreat. Just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the Downtown Bellevue skyscrapers, you can find yourself fully immersed among beautiful gardens and lush forests, and enjoying a delicious cup of coffee crafted by the friendly folks at Copper Kettle Coffee Bar.

I was very excited for the opportunity to work with Christina Dong, Copper Kettle Coffee Bar’s owner! During our initial Discovery Meeting, I sat down with Christina and had a conversation to establish the who, what, when, where, why, and how of our work together. The assignment: provide photos to help Christina revamp Copper Kettle Coffee Bar’s website. These fresh new images showcased specific items while showing the calming experience of visiting this woman-owned garden cafe. Some of the requested photos included:

Scenes from the coffee bar

New drinks

New Branded MiiR Mugs

Friendly service and baristas

It’s always a treat visiting Copper Kettle Coffee Bar, and it was especially exciting getting to work with Christina and help her freshen up their website with photography! Stop by the Bellevue Botanical Gardens for your Downtown Bellevue retreat, and be sure to make your way to the Copper Kettle Coffee Bar! Check out their website too! You might recognize a photo or two.
